Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. We appreciate your support! The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to inclement weather and or carrier services.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Overnight or next day delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Add all items to cart before checkout to receive combined shipping. Failure to acknowledge will result in additional shipping cost.

Shipping Specifications

All cards are placed in penny sleeves then in a toploader and shipped in a Bubble Mailer, Envelope, or various size Box(s) depending on order size. Comics are placed in a sleeve with backing board then enclosed with cardboard and shipped in a Large Bubble Mailer or various size Box(s) depending on order size. All orders are packed and shipped using various shipping materials depending on order and product dimensions.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Card Master Collectibles is not responsible for any customs taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Card Master Collectibles is not reliable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or lost during shipping, please email us and file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Additional Information

We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders to APO and FPO addresses ship standard USPS Military Mail and arrive between 30-45 days. The estimated delivery date in checkout is based on your shipping option selected, delivery address and where the item(s) ship from. We are unable to ship to PO boxes, re-shippers or package forwarding services.
